How Can You Tell If Your Property Photos Are Professional Photos Taken by a Professional Photographer?

  • All Vertical Lines in every photo needs to be perfectly vertical

  • Bathroom pictures should show sink, toilet and shower or bathtub in one picture

  • All Photos will have gone through a Photoshop process. Cropping and ensuring only the correct part of the captured image is being shown

  • All Photos will be color corrected ensuring the color of the walls, lights, floor, etc are showing the correct colors

  • Outdoor photos should have bright blue skies and green grass

  • All Photos will be brightened to ensure they are presented in the correct light. Rooms with less than ideal lighting conditions will be brightened.

  • All Photos will be taken in a high resolution format with Professional Photography equipment costing in excess of $5000
